1. Primary Crushing

Copper ore (typically containing 0.5%-2% Cu) first undergoes primary crushing using Liming’s C6X Jaw Crusher or PE Jaw Crusher series, reducing >1m rocks to ~250mm particles with high throughput and low energy consumption.

2. Secondary Crushing

For medium-hard copper ores, our HPT Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher or HST Single Cylinder Cone Crusher provides finer crushing (to ~50mm) with excellent particle shape, crucial for downstream grinding efficiency.

3. Tertiary Crushing (Optional)
